Road Master online website and app services are operated by Bookme Tickets Pvt. Ltd. (Bookme.pk). These terms and conditions are a binding legal agreement between all our customers and Bookme.pk regarding your use of the services that have been made available. Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the website, application or other services, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools or products, is hereby expressly prohibited. Bookme.pk is a service that sends e-tickets to you via SMS/email as Road Master has enabled online access. Road Master or Bookme.pk is not responsible for any loss, refunds or any other damages in case of cancellation or any other circumstances. Bookme.pk is a ticketing platform and that is only responsible for issuing an e-ticket.

Note that if you pay with a credit/debit card, Bookme.pk can request you to provide a photo identification and masked card details which is a requirement from the State Bank of Pakistan.

The refund of PKR 5000 or less will be added in customer's Road Master app wallet.
Our Site and applications are for your personal and non-commercial use. Every information is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Road Master, you agree that you will not use the Site or applications, or duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute or use any material in the Site or applications for any purpose, except for your personal, non-commercial use. You also agree that you will not link to any page on the Site other than the home page (for example, "deep linking"), without Road Master prior written consent. Use of the Site or applications or any materials or content on the Site or applications for any commercial or other unauthorized purpose is prohibited.
Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the Participant in the online purchase details. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and non-transferable. The decision of Road Master on all matters relating to or in connection with any offers/rewards/contests/lucky draws (including selection of the winners) is final and binding on all parties concerned. The Lucky Draw is governed by these terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by Road Master. By submitting an entry, the Participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by the same. Only purchases made during the Promotion Period are entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw. Road Master reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to suspend or extend the Submission Period for any reason at any time and without any liability. Any changes in dates will be communicated through Road Master’s platforms.
Winners will be notified through the contact details stated by the Participant in the online purchase details. In the event that Road Master is unable to contact any of the winners within three (03) working days for whatever reasons, the prize of that particular winner will be forfeited at the sole discretion of Road Master. No alternatives will be offered. Please note that only one winner will be announced for each contest/offer/reward/lucky draw.
Road Master, its employees, agents and representatives hereby disclaim any and all liabilities that may arise in connection with the Lucky Draw and any materials produced in relation thereto. Further, Road Master, its employees, agents and representatives shall not be held responsible for any entries that are lost or damaged in transit. Prizes relative to travelling will be given according to the customer’s availability for travel. In case you don’t get a visa, the offer is no longer applicable on you.
